01.Psychological Therapy
We offer individual psychological therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, and work-related mental health difficulties. Therapy is tailored to your needs and integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), helping you to develop insight, resilience, and effective coping strategies. Sessions are available on a self-funded basis or through recognised health insurance providers.
02.Return to Work Psychological Assessment
This assessment is designed for individuals who are experiencing mental health difficulties affecting their ability to work or return to work. It includes a comprehensive psychological assessment and a clear, structured report outlining functional impact, recommendations, and reasonable workplace adjustments. The focus is on supporting recovery while enabling a safe, sustainable return to employment.
03.Care co-ordination & Case Management
For individuals with complex or ongoing needs, we offer case management and care coordination. This involves structured reviews, goal-setting, and liaison with other professionals (such as GPs, occupational health, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists) to ensure joined-up, person-centred support. This service is particularly helpful where multiple services are involved or where progress has stalled.
04.Workshops
We deliver interactive workshops for teams on topics such as: Self Compassion & Preventing burnout Compassionate Workplaces Understanding & Recognising Trauma in the Workplace Skills for Managing Anxiety and Distress Workshops are evidence-based, practical, and designed to translate directly into day-to-day practice.
05.Team Support/Interventions
This service covers a range of interventions including reflective practice, Post Event Team Reflection (PETR) sessions & Formulations
06.Organisational Contracts & Retainers
For organisations seeking ongoing support, we offer tailored contract and retainer arrangements. These can include access to assessments, case consultation, manager support, and training, providing consistent psychological expertise and helping organisations respond early to emerging mental health issues.
