Structured psychological assessments for employees presenting with mental health difficulties affecting their work. Assessments focus on psychological wellbeing, functional impact, and evidence-based recommendations — providing HR and occupational health with clear, actionable information to support decision-making. We do not provide fitness to work determinations, but work alongside OH to inform a complete picture.

Return-to-Work Psychological Assessments

A specialist assessment focused on psychological readiness, coping capacity, and workplace support needs for individuals returning following mental health-related absence. Includes a written report with practical recommendations for phased return, reasonable adjustments, and ongoing monitoring.

Case Management & Care Coordination

 

For individuals with complex, long-term, or multi-agency needs, our case management service provides structured coordination across health, social care, and occupational settings. Particularly valuable where individuals have been absent for extended periods or where multiple services are involved. Available on a tiered basis matched to complexity.

 

Staff Psychological Support & Therapy

 

Direct psychological therapy for employees, available on a self-funded, employer-funded, or insurance basis. Particularly suited to organisations that want to provide staff access to high-quality psychological support without the waiting times of NHS or EAP services.

Leadership & Management Consultation

 

Confidential psychological consultation for senior leaders, managers, or HR professionals navigating complex people situations. Helps clarify thinking, inform decisions, and apply psychologically informed approaches to team and individual challenges.

Training, Workshops & Ongoing Team Support

A range of evidence-based workshops covering burnout prevention, trauma and distress, compassionate leadership, and psychological skills for the workplace. Also includes Post Event Team Reflection (PETR) following critical incidents, and regular reflective practice sessions for teams carrying emotionally demanding work.
