Refund & Cancellation Policy
Appointments and Cancellations
We value your time and ours. To ensure that we can provide consistent, high-quality care, the following policy applies:

Standard Appointments

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except in exceptional circumstances (see below).

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can happen. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in cases of:-
Severe illness or injury

Dangerous weather preventing safe travel

Other unforeseen emergencies
Supporting evidence may be requested for consideration.

No-Shows

Appointments where the client does not attend and has not given notice are non-refundable.

Workshops- Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 5 days in advance. Cancellations made within less than 5 days may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except in exceptional circumstances (see below).
Refunds

Refunds are only offered for:

Sessions cancelled under the Exceptional Circumstances policy above

Administrative errors on the part of the practice (e.g., double-booking)

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time within the existing schedule.

Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur a fee or be treated as a standard cancellation.
How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please notify us via phone or email.

Messages left on voicemail or via text/email will be considered valid if received before the 24-hour window/5 day for workshops.
