Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments and Cancellations

We value your time and ours. To ensure that we can provide consistent, high-quality care, the following policy applies:

  1. Standard Appointments

    • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except in exceptional circumstances (see below).

  2. Exceptional Circumstances
    We understand that emergencies can happen. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in cases of:

    • Severe illness or injury

    • Dangerous weather preventing safe travel

    • Other unforeseen emergencies

    Supporting evidence may be requested for consideration.

  3. No-Shows

    • Appointments where the client does not attend and has not given notice are non-refundable.

  4. Workshops- Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 5 days in advance. Cancellations made within less than 5 days may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except in exceptional circumstances (see below).

Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered for:

    • Sessions cancelled under the Exceptional Circumstances policy above

    • Administrative errors on the part of the practice (e.g., double-booking)

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time within the existing schedule.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur a fee or be treated as a standard cancellation.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Please notify us via phone or email.

  • Messages left on voicemail or via text/email will be considered valid if received before the 24-hour window/5 day for workshops.
