Team Support & Workshops
Below is a list of the workshops and teaching sessions that we offer to teams. Our workshops are designed to support psychological wellbeing, performance, and sustainable work functioning at individual, team, and organisational levels. They are grounded in established psychological science and delivered by experienced practitioner psychologists, drawing on evidence from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused approaches, occupational psychology, and organisational health research.
Each workshop is practical, inclusive, and tailored to the realities of modern workplaces, with a focus on prevention, early intervention, and psychologically informed cultures that support both wellbeing and productivity.
Workshops packages begin at £400 and can be specifically tailored to the needs of your team.

05

06
Post Event Team Reflection (PETR)
If your team has suffered a significant distressing or traumatic event, research has strongly emphasised the importance of peer support. Current (ACP) recommended models that are trauma informed include the Post Event Team Reflection which is a safe reflective space that emphasises the promotion of connection within the team and voluntary shared information about ways of thinking. This would not usually include the primary victim but for the wider team. A focus on promoting hope and coping is then adopted towards the end of the session.

07
CFT Reflective Practice on the impact of work on Mental Health & Wellbeing
This session is a regular session that can be adopted to support a team who struggle with distressing material or difficulties on a regular basis and require a safe, confidential and reflective space grounded in psychological safety to be able to discuss the impact of work on wellbeing and reduce the tendency towards emotional suppression which can cause significant distress and burn out over time.
08
Tailored Training Sessions
Sessions can be developed and delivered based on the needs of the team. Please get in touch if you do not see the workshop you would have anticipated here.
